Shruti Hassan walks out of Karthi – Nagarjuna film!

After getting her hands full with both Puli and the project with Mahesh Babu, Shruti Hassan has walked out of the Karthi – Nagarjuna film which is to be directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The actress was picked to play the female lead in this film which is apparently a remake of the French film – The Intouchables.

Apart from these two projects, Shruti Hassan has also been signed on for Thala Ajith’s next with Siruthai Siva. She will also be a part of the promotional tours for Gabbar Is Back, which releases on the 1st of May. Citing to this tight schedule, Shruti has opted out of the Tamil – Telugu bilingual, making the producers restart their hunt for a leading lady again.
