Shruti Haasan joins Abishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan

The torrential rainfall in Jammu Kashmir has brought adverse effects to the populace with heavy floods and celebrities across the country have been offering help in whatever ways they can. While Bollywood actors like Abishek Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and Dia Mirza started a campaign to raise funds for flood victims, Shruti Haasan has joined the rally recently held in Mumbai. “The rally was part of an initiative started by Julio Ribeiro, the former police commissioner of Mumbai, and several organisations and children from different schools took part in the event,” says Shruti Haasan to a daily.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Shruti Haasan is busy wrapping up Vishal – Hari’s Poojai. She will commence her work for Vijay 58 from November first week after completing her Bollywood film Yaara.
