Enraged Shruti Haasan lodges a complaint

Shruti Haasan is enraged and furious over her disparaging pictures that were leaked online few days back. The unsavory pictures made its way to the internet and went viral on all websites within the blink of an eye. It was an item number she danced for the film Yevadu four months back. Yevadu is one of the highest grossing films this year for Tollywood.

The bizarre thing about the pictures is that they have been leaked three months after the film’s release. “I’m furious! What really bothers me is that these stills were not preapproved by the production house or me. Those pics were shot on location while I was shooting for a song. And like it happens with most pictures that are shot when you are dancing, some of these were taken from unflattering angles. They were never meant to be released and should have been deleted right away,” says Shruti.

“People have been asking me why I would pose in such an unflattering manner for publicity. I didn’t know how to react! Truth is, I have never believed in this kind of cheap publicity. There’s no way you can control such things and this could happen to anyone,” clarifies Shruti. The actress is lodging a complaint in Hyderabad soon to find the depraved miscreant who did this.
