Shankar to shoot Endhiran 2 in 3D?

Speculations are rife that Shankar is planning to shoot Endhiran 2 in native 3D format instead of the less-ambitious post conversion from 2D to 3D, a marketing gimmick regularly employed to push the film’s prospects at the box office.

However, nothing has been confirmed yet and a reliable source from the team says it’s too early to talk and reveals that the makers are indeed contemplating to film the project in 3D format. The movie is expected to go on floors from January and Rajinikanth will join the team in February after completing Pa Ranjith’s Kabali. The antagonist is yet to be zeroed in and Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the leading contenders for the role.
