What’s the story of Seenu Ramasamy’s Idam Porul Eval?

After the national award winning Thenmerku Paruvakaatru and a critically acclaimed Neerparavai, Seenu Ramasamy started working on his next Idam Porul Eval, the story of which has been kept under wraps. A reliable source tells us, “The contract of Emu birds, a ponzi scheme which shattered a number of towns in Tamil Nadu a year back is a part of the story and a real-life person who lost his hard-earned money plays himself in the film.”

The shooting for the film is currently happening in and around Seenu Ramasamy’s birth place, Thirunagar in Madurai. The film has Vijay Sethupathi, Vishnu, Nandita and Ayshwarya in pivotal roles. It also has Thepetti Ganesan, Paravai Bala and Robert to provide comic relief. The film’s music is much-awaited since Yuvan Shankar Raja has joined hands with Vairamuthu for the first time in his career.
