Sasikumar takes a dig at faux success meets

Sasikumar has always been forthright and candid with this opinions in press meets, award shows or you name any film related event. Recently in a TV show, Sasikumar took a dig at the film fraternity for organizing faux success meets for their movies. He said, “People in Kollywood don’t respect opinions. They are busy showing their pomposity with fake box-office numbers and arranging instant success meets for their films.”

Well said, Sasikumar. Organizing instant success meets is the latest fad in Kollywood. Recently, Santhanam’s Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham team held their success meet party the very next day of their film’s release, which is certainly not a healthy sign, we say. Sasikumar is currently learning Mridangam and Karakattam to enact his role with perfection in Bala’s Thaarai Thappattai, which is also being cited as the reason for the film’s delay.
