Sarkar Row: AR Murugadoss refutes to apologize to TN government

Filmmaker AR Murugadoss has refused to give in to TN government’s request that he should apologize for his controversial dialogues on state’s welfare schemes in Thalapathy Vijay’s Sarkar. 

“I will not tender an apology for criticizing the government schemes in Sarkar. I also cannot give any assurance that I would’t criticize them again in my future projects,” said Murugadoss.

Murugadoss also thanked Kamal Haasan, who was the first person to offer his support for the director.
