Saravanan Engira Surya is an upcoming film directed by Raja Subbaiah and he also plays the lead role in the film. The story deals about a man who aspires to be as charming as Suriya. The film which is read for release is facing a trouble from actor Suriya, who has apparently filed a complaint against Raja in Nadigar Sangam. Suriya’s spokesperson earlier said that people would associate the story of the film with Suriya since the actor’s real name is also Saravanan.
Now, the Anjaan actor has finally won the battle. The film has been titled Bose Pandi now. “Yes, the film will now be called Bose Pandi. As a result of this change, I had to reshoot and dub some portions. This has cost me a few lakhs but I have sent the new version to the censor board and am awaiting clearance now,” says Raja to a daily.
