“Santhanam has done thrilling fight sequences in Inimey Ippadithaan”
The directing partners Murugan and Prem Anand, who have helmed Santhanam’s Inimey Ippadithaan, open up about the film. “Santhanam was happy with all three scripts we had for him and he chose Inimey Ippadithan. Added to the joy, he wanted us to direct the film as he promised long back that he would introduce us as director in one of his films. Santhanam stood by his word as he was always known for” says Prem Anand.
“Inimey Ippadithan is a romantic comedy with Santhanam playing the role of a jobless young man who is determined to marry a beautiful girl. Ashna Zaveri and Akhila Kishore are playing lead ladies. Ashna is palying a modern college girl while Akhila is playing a daughter of a military officer. Thambi Ramaiyah, ‘FEFSI’ Vijayan, Pragathi, Naren, VTV Ganesh form the main cast,” says Murugan.
“VTV Ganesh sir comes as love advisor for Santhanam. The combination scenes between them and their comical one liners will burst out hilarious moments on the screen. Santhanam sir has done some thrilling fight sequences without body double and when asked about it he just said Inimey Ippadithan. It showed his confidence level. This is a complete family entertainer,” the duo added.
