Samuthirakani to start shooting for VIP 2 from tomorrow
Samuthirakani has completed the first schedule of his directorial project Thondan and will join the sets of Soundarya Rajinikanth’s sophomore feature VIP 2 where he will reprise the role of Dhanush’s father. Samuthirakani plays the role of an ambulance driver in Thondan, which features Vikranth and Sunainaa in important roles.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is expected to start shooting his portions for VIP 2 soon. The film has Amala Paul playing the leading lady and Bollywood star Kajol making a comeback after the classic Minsaara Kanavu as an antagonist. Sean Roldan composes music for the project.
