Samuthirakani’s next titled ‘Pettikadai Indru Vidumurai’
Though Samuthirakani has taken a break from directing films, he has been enacting memorable roles on screen. He was seen in pivotal roles in Dhanush – Velraj’s Velai Illa Pattathari and Viddharth’s Kaadu last year. His next film is titled Pettikadai Indru Vidumurai where he will be seen playing a significant role. Directed by debutant Saravanan, the film is set in the backdrop of Nellai district and the story is centered on a petty shop and the happenings surrounding it. Veera of Mosakutty fame plays the lead role. Other details about the cast and crew are awaited.
His upcoming films include Dinesh – Vetrimaaran’s Visaranai, Ponraj – Sivakarthikeyan’s Rajini Murugan, Sarathkumar’s Sandamarutham and Suriya – Venkat Prabhu’s Masss.
