Samantha clears the air on the remake of Bangalore Days
Kollywood was abuzz with the news that Siddharth, Samantha, Arya and Nithya Menon would be teaming up for the remake of Bangalore Days, under the helm of Bommarillu Baskar (who directed the original of Santosh Subramaniam). Rumours were rife that the shoot for the film would take place in the first week of March at Hyderabad.
However, things took a surprising turn today, when actress Samantha got onto Twitter for a chat session. The ‘Kaththi’ girl clarified that she is not a part of the Bangalore Days remake and won’t be doing the film. In turn, this has put Tamil Cinema fans in a spot of bother as they were excited for this project, which is now a question mark. Meanwhile, Siddharth has also tweeted saying that he is not a part of the project and is currently waiting for Enakkul Oruvan.
