Rocking ‘Kaththi’, Fresh and Breezy ‘Madras’: Shankar

Director Shankar has always come out in the open to praise something if he likes. When he liked Karthik Subbaraj – Siddharth’s sort-of art-house Jigarthanda, he shared his views. When he loved Velraj – Dhanush’s commercial Velai Illa Pattadhari, he shared his views. When he was tripping on Thaman’s mass music for Mahesh Babu, he registered his views. Now, the showman of Tamil cinema has shared his views on the songs he like the most in Vijay’s Kaththi and Karthi’s Madras composed by Anirudh and Santhosh Narayanan respectively.
