Sufficient Commercial Soundtrack!
Rekka, though typecast, clicks in the commercial range withstanding Imman’s comfort zone. The two melodies in the middle rule over the rest of the album, taking it past the line. With fancy visuals, the songs should help the film gain some momentum.

Virru Virru: Singer – Jithan Raj
Catchy stuff from Imman. Probably the first intro number for Vijay Sethupathy, reminding you of Madhavan’s hit Theradi Veedhiyil from Run. Jithin Raj’s stylish vocals add a nice new flavour to the song, it’ll hold up after a few listens.
Pollapaiyaa: Singer – Shweta Mohan, Haricharan
A tune which we’ve heard over and over again. It’s upto Shweta Mohan and Haricharan to savage this very average track.
Kanna Kaatu Podhum: Singer – Shreya Ghoshal
Gentle, instilling melody accentuated by the gorgeous instrumentations. Shreya Ghoshal is a wealthy addition to the track, and it’s safe to say that this is one of her better combinations with Imman. A surefire PICK.
Kannamaa: Singer – Nandini Srikar
Nandini Srikar, who sung the melodious Aaha Kaadhal in Yuvan’s MPMK, is back for another gorgeous, lilting song in Rekka. With alternating high and low pitched vocals, good listen this. Our PICK.
Furious Wings: Instrumental
Usual mass tune by Imman with sudden pull-ups and some filmy dialogues. Should work well with Vijay Sethupathy blazing the screen.
