AM Ratnam dimisses Ajith’s salary rumors in Yennai Arindhaal

Few days back, there were widespread reports that Ajith was paid a lucrative amount of Rs. 50 crores as salary for his ongoing film with Gautham Menon, Yennai Arindhaal. Now, producer AM Ratnam has dismissed the reports as baseless rumors. “They will write whatever they get. Ajith has been paid as per his market standards and we have fulfilled whatever is right as per the industry and Thala’s demands,” clarified AM Ratnam.

Yennai Arindhaal is in its final stages of shooting. It has Anushka Shetty and Trisha as female leads and Arun Vijay and Parvathy Nair in important roles. The music composed by Harris Jayaraj is scheduled to release by the end of this month.
