Ranveer Singh’s sports drama 83, the biopic of legendary Indian cricketer Kapil Dev, will first release in theaters before premiering on the OTT platforms. The makers denied a direct OTT release as suggested by a section of media.
“83 is a film that has been envisioned and made to be experienced on the big screen and we are ready to wait for things to get normal and then release it in cinemas,”said director Kabir Khan.
