Rakul Preet on casting couch controversy: “I can only speak for my experiences”
Rakul Preet, who was dragged into needless controversy a few days back for her remarks that there’s no casting couch in the Telugu film industry, has reiterated that she stands by what she said.,
In a conversation to DC, Rakul said, “I stand by what I said. I can only speak for my experiences and I have had good people around me. I have given enough clarity on the same and did not want to talk any more about it. And it is your work and talent that take you places and nothing else. I think there are people who faced it. It is really wrong and I feel sad about it.”
Rakul Preet is currently shooting for Suriya’s NGK with director Selvaraghavan and Karthi’s untitled rom-com with debutant director Rajath.
