When Rajinikanth rehearsed in front of a mirror for Lingaa

Even after the ruling the industry for more than four decades, Rajinikanth is still the same when he was forty years ago. The dedication to the craft, humbleness towards his technicians and the respect and love he has for his fans are matchless. Lingaa crew was taken aback by an incident during the shooting. Before starting the project, Rajinikanth had called and asked the crew to bring all the costumes, wigs, accessories for both his get-ups. Surprised by the call, the team had brought everything to superstar.

“It’s been four years since I’ve acted in a live action movie and looks like I’ve lost touch. I want to revitalise myself and rehearse my portions with full make-up and clothes for the scenes, prior to the shoot, so that I don’t take much time during the actual shooting,” told Rajinikanth to a crew member. Later, Superstar had practised in front of a mirror for his dual role for more than a week wearing the costumes and accessories for the role. A true legend!
