Rajini Murugan: Sivakarthikeyan rakes in record opening weekend collection
According to the makers of Rajini Murugan, Sivakarthikeyan has surpassed all his previous records with the film by raking in INR 19.25 crores for the four-day opening weekend. The film has been received well by both fans and critics across the board.
Trade reports suggest that other three films are doing good despite mixed and bad reviews for Bala’s Thaarai Thappattai and Gethu. Vishal’s Kathakali, which is supposedly the best film on paper, has not collected much at the box office thanks to the deficiency of screens in various territories.
