Rajini Murugan gets a new release date

Sivakarthikeyan’s long-awaited Rajini Murugan is finally gearing up to hit screens on December 11th according to bankable sources. Lingusamy has already settled the money he owed to Eros International and has reportedly received all the clearances needed to release the film.

Directed by Ponram of Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam fame, the movie features Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles. Rajini Murugan is now sandwiched between Dhanush’s Thanga Magan which is slated for December 18th and Siddharth’s Jil Jung Juk which is set for December 25th release. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Gethu is also targeting the December 18th slot.
