Raghava Lawrence starts APJ Abdul Kalam trust to educate needy children

Raghava Lawrence has announced his next two projects namely Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva, where he pairs up with Kajal Aggarwal for the first time and which is expected to go on floors soon and and Naagaa, a CG-heavy film which is likely to kick-start after he completes the former. Both films will be jointly produced by Lawrence’s Raghavendra Production and Vendhar Movies.

Lawrence has taken an advance amount of Rs. 1 crore from the producer and has set up a trust in the name of late ex-president APJ Abdul Kalam. He will be handing over Rs. 1 lakh to 100 youngsters who can educate the underprivileged and needy children in their locality with the fund. “Proper verification checks will be conducted by our team before we take care of the educational needs of the particular student,” said an elated Lawrence at a press meet yesterday.
