Sarath Kumar to produce Dhanush’s next?

Rumor mills are abuzz in the tinsel town that Magic Frames, a production house owned by Sarath Kumar, Radhika and Listin Stephen, has signed national award winning actor Dhanush for their next. Listin once said in an interview that Magic Frames will produce quality films that strike a chord with the audience rather than bankrolling mainstream masala films.

They have produced good films in Malayalam such as Traffic and Ustad Hotel. They also produced the Tamil remake of Traffic, Chennaiyil Oru Naal and have signed Vikram Prabhu for the Tamil remake of Ustad Hotel which is tentatively titled ‘Thalappakattu’. They recently bankrolled Sarath Kumar’s comeback film Sandamarutham. However, there’s no official news on Dhanush’s project from the team yet. “We are in the process of finalising scripts and talks are on with path breaking young filmmakers to direct our future offerings,” says Sarath Kumar.
