Radhe Shyam Movie Review
Prabhas and Pooja are the positives of this likable love story. Below goes our Radhe Shyam Movie Review.
When an action star decides to do a romantic drama, there’s always a certain amount of interest to go behind it. And with Prabhas’ latest outing in Radhe Shyam, the same thing happens with a passable end result.
Radhe Shyam is a story that takes place between two people from different parts of life – a world famous palmist and a doctor. As they slide into the same page, they are met with many hurdles which they solve and test which bigger- their love or destiny. Radhe Shyam treats this storyline on a big scale with gorgeous visuals and strong technicalities, but the writing in the film is just about mediocre. The film hops along with basic sequences which aren’t as interesting as they should be, but it is the new setting and the lead pair’s presence that makes things look better than what they seem. The first half of the film is built with a few interesting sequences but the second is majorly dry except for the big ship action sequence which garners some attention.
Prabhas does a very good job in film as it’s a new stylish space for him to play a world famous astrologist. The actor looks really good onscreen and keeps up his wardrobe up throughout the film. On the other hand, Pooja Hegde has a very nice part to play and looks her best yet in the film. The rest of the cast are fine fits and have good parts.
Radhe Shyam gets awesome cinematography from Manoj Paramhamsa and very good songs from Justin Prabhakaran. The visual quality in the film rocks and is done with some cool BGM by Thaman as well.
Radhe Shyam is nothing special in terms of its storyline but works out as a fine watch for those who like romantic films. The presence of the lead pair and the technicalities of the film turn out to be its biggest positives. Radhe Shyam Movie Review by Only Kollywood
