Raayan rocks the box office with 75 crores in 3 days, Dhanush enters top tier!
Dhanush’s Raayan has taken a splendid opening at the box office, with terrific numbers to its name in the opening weekend. The film has grossed 25 crores on each day of its release worldwide, and has peaked in TN, Karnataka, Kerala and the overseas countries as well.
Dhanush has proved that he is an actor who can demand a strong opening at the box office, as Raayan is now walking towards the 100 crore mark at the box office. Dhanush’s previous film with Sun Pictures, Thiruchitrambalam is the highest share collecting film for the actor, and now Raayan is expected to join the film as the next 100 crore grosser in the combo with the production house.
