Puli gets record release in the UK

As there is only one week left for Puli to release worldwide, the record number of screen counts the film aims is impressive. The fantasy thriller will release in around 58 screens in the UK, setting a benchmark for Tamil films and surpassing the record of Shankar’s I which was released in 57 screens.

All three versions including Tamil, Telugu and Hindi are releasing simultaneously. Reports suggest that Puli will be the biggest release in Vijay’s career and the screen count is expected to be around humongous 3000 worldwide! The top-billed cast of Shruti Haasan, Sridevi, Sudeep and Hansika Motwani has also boosted the film’s prospects.
