Prakash Raj to produce Tamil cinema’s dream combo

Director Mahendran and Ilaiyaraja have a scintillating repertoire to its credit. So, it was only natural to feel elated when the veteran filmmaker announced his next project with Isaignani. The duo has given classic hits like Uthirippokkal, Jhonny and Mullum Malarum. Mahendran’s last film Sasanam was not received well by the critics and the director took a break.

After a long hiatus of 8 years, the filmmaker is back now with his next. The film will be produced by Prakash Raja under his home banner Prakash Raj Productions. It features Simran, Prathap Pothan and Prakash Raj and the shooting is likely to begin in June. “Proud to announce I will be producing maestro ilayaraja and Mahendran sirs combo film .Im thrilled.
