Popular actress Kalpana breathes her last

Popular Malayalam actress Kalpana breathed her last today after suffering a heart attack in her hotel room in Hyderabad. She was shooting for a Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual film in Hyderabad. Her latest film Charlie, starring Dulquer and Parvathy, is still running in theaters.

Kalpana, who has been primarily working in Malayalam film industry, has acted in over 300 films and done few memorable roles in Tamil including Pammal K Sammantham and Sathi Leelavathi to name a few. Her last Tamil film was Kakki Sattai where she played the role of Sivakarthikeyan’s mother.
