Ponniyin Selvan crosses 170 crore mark in TN, all set to beat Vikram this week
Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan has become a firethrower at the box office, with its Tamil Nadu collections hitting the 170 crore mark till date. At this moment, Ponniyin Selvan has overtaken all the other biggies of Tamil cinema except for Vikram, and is on its way to fly past Vikram by the end of this week.
Ponniyin Selvan is sure to hit the 200 crore mark in Tamil Nadu by the end of this week. The film also has the interesting fact attached to it being the first film from Tamil Nadu to gross more than 10 crores on each of its first ten days.
