Parthiban’s Oththa Seruppu wins the award for Best Tamil Feature at CIFF 2019
Parthiban’s mono act drama Oththa Seruppu won the award for the Best Tamil Feature of the year at the Chennai International Film Festival which concluded yesterday. The film impressed all the members of the jury, receiving a standing ovation. Halitha Shameem’s Sillu Karuppati which hits the screens on Friday bagged the second prize, sharing it with Vikranth starrer Bakrid.
