“It’s one of the best scripts I’ve come across,” says Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna, who plays a quadriplegic in the upcoming Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual directed by Vamshi Paidipally, says it’s one of the best scripts he has come across. “When Vamsi narrated the script, I was totally bowled. I agreed to do it right away, but we had to wait for Karthi to join us. I was waiting to start shooting for the project for quite some time. It’s one of the best scripts I’ve come across,” says Nagarjuna.

If sources are meant to be trusted, this yet-to-be-named film produced by PVP Cinema is an official remake of the acclaimed French film The Intouchables. It has Karthi as Nagarjuna as caretaker and Shruti Haasan in the lead. Veteran actress Jayasudha also plays an important role. Shooting begins on March 16th.
