OFFICIAL: Kaththi box-office collection shatters all records on Day 1!

Vijay – AR Murugadoss’s Kaththi shatters all box-office records and becomes the biggest film in South Indian cinema to rake in 23.80 crores on the release day. The official box-office collection report has just got released.

Break-up

Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and North India – 16.45 crores

Overseas – 7.35 crores

Note: Kaththi’s 23.80 crores Day 1 collection is excluding reports from Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Holland!
