Nivin Pauly signs a Tamil film next
After the sensational success of Premam, Nivin Pauly has signed his next film, a Tamil-Malayalam bi-lingual to be helmed by Kannada director Rakshit Shetty. The film will be an official remake of the critically and commercially acclaimed Kannada thriller Ulidavaru Kandanthe.
Rakshit Shetty directed the original in addition to playing the lead role in the film. Ulidavaru Kandanthe was selected for screening at the Cannes Film Festival for its quality content. This will be Nivin Pauly’s second straight Tamil film after Neram directed by Alphonse Putharen.
