NIKKAH: Yuvan Shankar Raja and Zafrunnisa get hitched!
After wild reports on Yuvan Shankar Raja’s third marriage going rounds for the past few days, the impending news came true when Yuvan got hitched with the Dubai-based fashion designer Zafrunnisa at Keezhakarai in Ramanathapuram district yesterday. Yuvan and Zafrunnisa got engaged in October in a private function.
Reports suggest that Yuvan has been rechristened as Abdul Haliq. Sources say Bhavatharini was the only family member to have attended the lowkey wedding. On the professional front, Yuvan hit the purple patch towards the fag end of 2014 by delivering two scintillating albums in Vai Raja Vai and Idam Porul Yaeval. This year looks more promising for Yuvan with projects including Masss, Yatchan, Taramani, Sippai and Thani Oruvan to name a few.
