“My next with Shruti Haasan & Nagarjuna is not a hero-centric film”
Karthi’s upcoming Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual is not a hero-centric film, he reveals. Karthi, who is currently busy on Muthaih’s Komban, will start this yet-untitled film after he completes Komban. “It is not a hero-centric film. It is a script-driven film, a feel good bromance and I am excited to share screen space with Nagarjuna sir. The director has set the story in a metro and I play a city-bred boy. Shruti’s role is not that of a typical heroine’s,” says Karthi about the film.
Produced by PVP Cinema, it is directed by Vamsi Paidipally of Brindavanam and Yevadu fame. A substantial portion of the film is planned to be shot abroad.
