Neil Nitin Mukesh has a strong role in Kaththi

Neil Nitin Mukesh, who plays the antagonist role in Kaththi says he has a strong role in the film. “I prefer doing films with strong characters. When Murugadoss sir approached me for Kaththi, I was hoping I had better character than my previous films. When he narrated the story, I really liked my role even though I play an antagonist,” says Neil on his character.

Before Kaththi, Neil was approached by a lot of Tamil filmmakers but he was waiting for the right script. “I have been approached by Tamil filmmakers in the past but nothing materialized because I was not happy with my characters. It’s not about the length of a character, but its strength is what matters to me the most,” says Neil.

Starring Vijay and Samantha in lead roles, Kaththi is slated to release on Diwali day and will lock horns with Vishal and Shruti Haasan’s Poojai.
