Nayanthara’s Imaikkaa Nodigal gears up for July release

Lady Superstar Nayanthara’s Imaikkaa Nodigal is gearing up for July release. The film is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and produced by Cameo Films India’s CJ Jayakumar.

The team organized the trailer and audio launch of the film yesterday. Ajay revealed that Gautham Menon was the first choice of the team to play the villain role before they finalized Anurag Kashyap. “AR Murugadoss sir suggested Gautham Menon’s name, but he was busy with other commitments.”

Also starring Atharvaa Murali and Raashi Khanna as leads, Imaikkaa Nodigal is touted to be an emotional thriller. Vijay Sethupathi will appear for fifteen minutes in the film and his portion is said to be the crux of the screenplay. He plays Nayanthara’s husband in the movie.
