Mani Ratnam’s Navarasa is arguably one of the most awaited OTT projects from India this year, mainly because of the big names that it brings together. 7 out of the 9 films are already done with their shoot, and the rest will be completed in a month’s time. Netflix is looking at wrapping up the entire project by the middle of April after which they will move onto the next leg which is the promotional run.
Conceived and controlled by Mani Ratnam, the project has big stars such as Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi, Siddharth, Aravind Swamy and others in it, with directors such as Vasanth, Gautham Menon, Priyadarshan and Mani Ratnam himself shooting for separate short films.
