Music Director Ghibran on Uttama Villain
With the movie release just two days away, here is Ghibran opening up about the songs in Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain.
- “Single Kiss was a song we predominantly wanted to see Kamal Haasan, a superstar from audience’s perspective. Shobi master and I have done our best to make Kamal Haasan sir dance for this peppy tune.”
- “We had chosen many instruments from Bali to offer the best approach to the songs and we are happy that things have come out well.”
- “Kadhalam Kadavul Munn is a song about the yearning soul that has poignance of love and some chirpiness to it.”
- “Iranian Nadagam is my favourite track as the visuals have been brilliantly captured and it would have its toast of celebration in theatres.
Advance bookings have been opened for the film at selected screens today. The response seems to be terrific and the tickets are selling out like hot cakes. The full-fledged reservations will open tomorrow at all screens. The film is expected to get a massive release worldwide with four giant production houses – Thirupathi Brothers, Raaj Kamal Films International, Eros International and Studio Green – joining hands for the first time.
