Mundasupatti director’s next is a crime thriller set in Chennai

Director Ram Kumar who earned appreciations for the fantasy-period comedy Mundasupatti is all set to start his next project, which will be completely set in Chennai unlike his debut effort which was in the backdrop of a hinterland. The film is said to be a crime thriller which revolves around a police officer who investigates a crime.

Billed as a serious thriller, this yet-untitled film will have music by Ghibran. Art director Gopi Anand and cinematographer PV Sankar have retained from the technical crew of Mundasupatti. The project will go on floors soon once the leads are finalized. The movie is produced by G. Dilli Babu of Axess Film Factory.
