Moone Moonu Varthai was a memorable experience: Venky

Venkatesh Harinathan, known for his supporting role in Sutta Kadhai and Irandam Ulagam, says it was a memorable experience to work with legends like SP Balasubrahmanyam, Lakshmi and Bhagyaraj in Moone Moonu Varthai directed by Madhumitha. “I have invested whatever the level of experience I have gained from my theatre days into the film. Director Madhumitha gave us full room to play around the script. From scratch to the final print, the creative space she gave us was boundless. In the film we have worked out situational comedy that would give the audience tonnes of laughter,” says Venky.

“In one of the scenes, I have to act for a while without any dialogues. My performance was appreciated by Bhagyaraj sir which I could cherish for years,” adds Venky. Produced by SP Charan’s Capital Film Works, Moone Moonu Varthai is slated for release sometime this month.
