Minjur Gopi makes directorial debut with Nayanthara
Minjur Gopi had filed ‘story theft’ cases on AR Murugadoss and Pa. Ranjith during the release of Kaththi and Madras. And, he had solid proofs and evidences for the latter, which he was making as Karuppar Nagaram. Now, he is all set to make his directorial debut with Nayanthara with a yet-untitled project.
Sources say the team has already completed the first schedule of shooting in Chennai. The project also features Kaaka Muttai kids Vignesh and Ramesh in important roles. The story revolves around a water problem and Nayanthara will be playing the role of an IAS officer. Gopi has also revealed that he is in fine-tuning a boxing-based script set in North Chennai for his sophomore project.
