Meghamann will be a trendsetter like Kaakha Kaakha: Arya

Gautham Menon’s Kaakha Kaakha was a trendsetter in cop films and action thriller genre for its slick presentation and a concrete storyline. Suriya’s performance was celebrated by critics and film buffs. Even real-life cops sent congratulatory messages to Suriya and Gautham Menon after watching the film in 2003. Now, chocolate boy Arya has said that his next film Meghamann will be a trendsetter like Kaakha Kaakha. 

“It’s an action-oriented film. Magizh wanted a stylish and manly look. I was asked not to emote too much for the film. We actors try hard to make our presence felt in scenes. Here I was asked to do little. There are several scenes where I only stare at the camera,” says Arya. Meghamann has Arya and Hansika in lead roles and a barrage of villains including Sudanshu Pandey, Ashutosh Rana, Harish Uthaman and Ashish Vidyarthi.
