Mani Ratnam to return to Bollywood after 10 years?
Auteur Mani Ratnam’s Instagram chat session on Suhasini’s page has been the talk of the town over the last two days. About making his return to Bollywood nearly 10 years after Raavan, Ratnam said, “There is a possibility. However, it has to happen organically, just like me making another socio-political film or me directing Suhasini. If it happens, it happens.”
Mani Ratnam also confirmed that Ponniyin Selvan will be made in two parts. He also said why he could never see him make a film for an OTT platform yet. “If you ask a tennis player who’s been in the sport for 20 years to suddenly go play football, can he do it? I know how to make only movies correctly,” he said.
