Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus in Ponniyin Selvan had gone on floors earlier this year, but the coronavirus pandemic changed all the plans and pushed everything into cold storage. But now, the director is getting ready to get back to work as he plans to resume the shoot of the biggie later this month.
Mani Ratnam and his team will first move to Pollachi and then Mysore for the shoot schedules of the film. Ponniyin Selvan stars Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aishwarya Lekshmi and others.
