Mani Ratnam’s next film Okay Kanmani has been shifted to Mumbai for its final schedule. It was only few days back PC Sreeram, cinematographer of the film, confirmed that the film is in its final leg of shooting. Sources say the talkie portions will be wrapped up soon in a week or two. The film is said to be an urban love story on the lines of Alaipayuthey. It is slated to hit screens in the first quarter of 2015.
Okay Kanmani has Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen in lead roles and Prakash Raj in an important role. It also has Kanika of Varalaaru fame in a cameo role. AR Rahman composes music with lyrics by Vairamuthu.
