In an unexpected turn, it has been revealed that Madhavan starrer Maara has been postponed by Amazon Prime, and will now release on the 8th of January 2021 instead of its initially announced date of December 17th. The makers are planning to carry out a better marketing campaign for the film, which is the reason behind the postponement.
Maara is directed by newcomer Dhilip and is a remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Charlie. The music for the film is composed by Ghibran.
