Lock-down measures will not be lifted in TN until May 3rd; theaters to remain shut

The Tamil Nadu government has officially announced that the lock-down measures will not be lifted in the state until May 3rd. Kerala and a few other states have eased certain areas considered as orange and green zones, where normal activities have been gradually opened up.

However, TN will not open up any activity in the state as a precautionary measure to contain the spread of COVID-19. The movie theaters and other entertainment avenues will not be opened to the public until the end of May, according to reliable sources.
