Lissy to star in director Ram’s next?

Lissy, who recently announced her impending divorce with ace filmmaker Priyadarshan, is all set to make a comeback to the silverscreen. Lissy was last seen in a Malayalam film Chanakya Soothrangal two decades back. Though she’s part of only a handful of films in Tamil, she’s featured in a large number of Malayalam films directed by Priyadarshan in the ’80s. Her last Tamil film was Cochin Haneefa directed Pagalil Pournami which was released more than two decades back.

The latest buzz is Lissy will essay the lead role of a 45-year old woman in director Ram’s next. Sources say Ram will start this project after completing Taramani, which is currently under post-production. It stars Andrea and Vasanth Ravi in lead roles.
