Lifetime Achievement Award for Harris Jayaraj
A good news for Harris Jayaraj fans. The composer, who recently made a comeback with three good albums in Anegan, Yennai Arindhaal and Nannbenda has been awarded with Lifetime Achievement Award by Rotary Club of Madras yesterday.
The honorable Governor of Tamil Nadu, K Rosaiah presented the coveted award to Harris and heaped praise on Rotary Club for its work. Harris Jayaraj harked back on his childhood memories and dedicated the award to his parents. He also went nostalgic saying it was his dad who encouraged him to take up music when he was 12.
