Lakshmi Rai’s image makeover for Irumbu Kuthirai

Irumbu Kuthirai directed by Yuvaraj Bose is progressing well and the team has been shooting alternatively in India and abroad. After completing their first schedule in Pondicherry few months back, the team toured Italy to film some important scenes and few songs. It was recently announced that Lakshmi Rai will be a part of the team. The film has Atharvaa and Priya Anand playing the lead roles and is produced by AGS Entertainment.

The latest news is that the gorgeous Lakshmi Rai is getting a complete image makeover for her character. “It took me a long time to ponder and arrive at a look for my character. It was quite challenging. I lost nearly 15 kilos for this film.” Lakshmi Rai is shooting some risky bike chasing sequences in the film. The daring actor has promised the director that she doesn’t need any dupe and that she would perform all the scenes on her own. That really needs some gut. Kudos, Lakshmi Rai!
